Experience and Career History:

Liz heads Virtual Law’s Intellectual Property practice.  Prior to joining Virtual Law, Liz worked firstly in private practice (Mayer Brown and Olswang) and then as in-house Legal Counsel at Unilever plc.  Most recently, Liz worked as European Legal Counsel at Whirlpool Europe srl where she had a number of responsibilities including the management of Whirlpool’s European trade mark portfolio.

She is a highly experienced commercial lawyer with particular expertise in intellectual property and marketing law. She specialises in all aspects of the filing, protection, use and enforcement of trade marks and she has widespread experience in drafting a variety of agreements including trade mark licences, sponsorship agreements, confidentiality agreements and agency agreements.
